Cinnamon Cashew Butter

  • 400 g Roasted Unsalted Cashews
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  1. Process cashews in a food processor for about two minutes or until finely ground.
  2. Add honey, cinnamon and salt and pulse to combine
  3. With the food processor running add slowly the coconut and olive oils and blend to desired consistency
