  • ½ cup Nonfat Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder (unsweetened)
  • ½ teaspoon Honey
  • ¼ teaspoon Peppermint Extract
  • 1 Espresso Shot*
  1. Bring milk, cocoa powder, and honey to a boil in medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally
  2. Remove from heat; mix in peppermint extract and whisk until frothy
  3. Pour coffee into a large mug; top with milk mixture
* You can substitute the espresso shot for 1 cup of brewed coffee
